Join us for a therapeutic art programme inspired by the collections, stories and spaces of the Powell-Cotton Museum.
In a relaxed and friendly space, we’ll be exploring questions of identity, home, protection, and self-discovery through art, museum objects, and creative practice with Art Psychotherapist Julia Court.
Each week explores a difference theme:
What does home mean to you? Discover inspiring museum spaces and create artwork reflecting places, memories and belonging.
Consider the people, places and things that help us feel safe, supported and connected through creative exploration.
Use inspiration from the previous sessions to develop a final creative piece and celebrate your journey with the group.
Included with standard admission, just turn up on Friday at 11am to join in – no advance booking needed.
